"Preparing the release of detainees. The re-socialization"
Within 26-29 of September in Chisinau city it was organized the training "Preparing the release of detainees. The re-socialization".
The lessons were taught by Mr. Lucian Caciamac - trainer in programs for conduct rehabilitation, professional abilities in social professions in Romania.
The beneficiaries of lessons: psychologists, workers of the Department of Penitentiary Institutions, as well as psychologists of penitentiaries form Chisinau city. Beneficiaries of these lessons were also the counselors for probation of the Institute for Penal Reforms, workers of the Ungheni Community Justice Center and workers of SIDO in Moldova.
The program included a number of lessons with practical exercises elaborated on the basis of the experience acquired from working in the penitentiaries in Romania.
The aim of the program is to create the beneficiaries skills in working with detainees who are going to be released, so that the process of social reintegration to be more easily and no to cause hate towards society in case he is not understood by some members of society out of the penitentiary.
All the participants at training assimilated the theory successfully and got involved actively in practical exercises.
The trainer appreciated as productive the training activity and believes that it will influence positively the work with detainees.
