The Institute for Penal Reform, the Government, the Superior Council of Magistracy and the General Prosecutor's Office will be responsible for ensuring the adequate implementation of the provisions of the art. 65 of the Criminal Code, the community service, organizing seminars, meetings with the representatives of the local public authorities, finding the real problems impeding the application of the community service, as well as finding new solutions for this purport.
The Decision has been made by the Committee for Legal Issues, Appointments and Immunities and the Committee for National Security, Defense and Public Order within the sitting from June 8, 2007.
